About George Browning III

I graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1965, and began my career as a professional probate attorney from Sarasota, FL. My first position was in the Technical Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC from 1966 to 1968. I was called into the Air Force (Andrews Air Force Base Legal Office) during the Pueblo Crisis in 1968 until the middle of 1969.

I graduated from George Washington University with a Master of Laws Degree in 1970. (LLM in Taxation). The Chamber of Commerce of the United States in Washington was my next employer. I was in the Tax Section. In 1971 I began my practice in legal services in Sarasota, FL, and have practiced here since that time.

I am board-certified in tax law by the Florida Bar from 1984 to the present. I have the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell from 1989 to the present — AV Preeminent. I enjoy practicing law and working with the clients I serve, and I derive great satisfaction from preparing estate planning documents for the families of my clients. I am a member of:

• The Sarasota County Bar Association
